Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise noted.  Depending on the defective piece and the amount of time that has passed the piece may or may not fall under the warranty.  Warranties usually range from 90 days for most defects and some pieces will fall under the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty.

We are always working hard to do our best by our customers.  If any warranty issue comes up, please immediately call our customer service department at (888) 577-4975 or email us at info@premiumelectricbikes.com and we’ll work hard to quickly resolve any warranty issues.  Our manufacturers carry a large amount of replacement parts and if issues arise, we will usually be able to send you replacement parts in just a matter of a few days in most instances.  Please note that our warranty does not cover the normal wear of tires, cables, or any damage or loss caused by improper assembly, storage, or maintenance. In the event of an unexpected delay in a piece or part, this does not justify grounds for a replacement bike to be sent out or a refund.


Order Cancellation

Please note if you have placed an order and would like to cancel the order, we require written confirmation to info@premiumelectricbikes.com to cancel the order. Please also note that only orders for bikes which have not left en route to your home are able to be canceled. We are unable to cancel bikes which are headed to your home. If you refuse delivery, your order will fall under our standard return policy minus an added 15% fee. 


Returns & Exchanges

We are proud to offer an easy and flexible 10-day unconditional guarantee. After you receive your order, if the bike does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money including original shipping or exchange the bike for another model with no restocking fees.  It is as simple and risk-free as that! Please note the following details:

·      Actual return freight charges to get the bike back to us will be deducted from any credit or refund amount for any return or exchange. 

·       Products purchased during free shipping promotions will still have actual return freight charges deducted from any credit or refund amount for any return or exchange. 

·       We will only accept a return/exchange if you contact us in writing (Click Here) and ship the bicycle back within 10 days of delivery.

·       We cannot accept bicycles that have any visible signs of wear and tear.  The bicycle must be in new condition with no damage. The bike must be disassembled and sent back in original packaging.  Refunds and exchanges are given once the bicycle is received and based upon the condition in which it is received in.

·       The bicycle must be in its original packaging, no exceptions.

Please feel free to contact our helpful customer service department at (888) 577-4975 or e-mail us as info@premiumelectricbikes.com.  In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 3 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.  Missing parts or damages are not grounds for refund during any time period. Refunds are given at our discretion as we reserve the right to repair or replace any damaged bicycle.  Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00AM and 6:00PM PST. Please note that our written policies supersedes any and all other websites including those of our vendors.


Cancellations

·       All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@premiumelectricbikes.com before the item ships.

·       If an order is canceled or redirected while en route, actual round trip freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer including any shipper re-routing fees.
