Shipping & Delivery


Shipping and delivery to your door throughout the contiguous United States is $99.00 for all of our electric bicycles. Our bicycles are properly packaged using large cartons with biodegradable bubble wrap and foam sheets. Please note that many times the lithium ion battery is shipped separately.

Unless an item is on backorder, we ship out 48-72 hours after an order is placed and payment is received. PremiumElectricBikes uses a variety of reputable freight carriers for quickest delivery. Once the bicycle ships, you should receive your item in 3-5 business days. Finally, you will be sent a tracking number once your bicycle ships.

We insure all our shipments, protecting you against damage or loss from the freight company.  Please follow the below steps when receiving your package:

·       Inspect the product while the driver is at your home.

·       If product has major damage, refuse the product.

o   Do not refuse any product before carefully inspecting it as the vast majority of times when box is slightly damaged, the bicycle inside is in perfect condition.

o   Do not refuse any product that has slight cosmetic damages as we are able to send touch up kits or find another suitable remedy for you. Slight cosmetic blemishes are not grounds for another bike to be sent out, and the determination is to be made by PremiumElectricBikes. 


Payments

If paying by check or moneyorder, all Non Sufficient Fund transactions will be required to pay an additional fee up to $100

Damaged Items

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED. Please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves, and WRITE "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt.

Our bikes are carefully packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We realize you are excited to receive your new bicycle, and we work very hard to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen. Contact us within 3 days of receipt should your package be damaged or if parts are missing. We will make every effort to assist you in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

·       Please be sure to carefully inspect your order, and note that all damage claims must be filed with photos to our Customer Service department within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

·       PremiumElectricBikes holds no responsibility for damage to the home by the home delivery company. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
